You have been emailed an invitation to access Whova, our conference app. If you have not yet done so, please access Whova using the email address you provided to us during the Call for Proposals and upload your photo and bio. See links below for Whova access.

Presentations & Handouts
Presentations and handouts are made accessible to our attendees via our conference app. If you wish for your materials to be included, you may upload them at any time within the Whova app. You may also provide hard copies during your presentation.

WHEN IS MY SESSION?

Log in to the Whova conference app (information above) and click on the "My Sessions and Audience" link under "Speaker Hub" (circled in yellow in the screenshot below). It will take you to a screen that displays your session date, time, and location.

POWERPOINTS/ SLIDE DECKS

Presenters are responsible for bringing their own PowerPoints / slide decks to their assigned presentation time/room. We recommend preparing multiple ways to load your presentations on the provided laptop— bring your slides on a thumb drive, have them available in the cloud, post them on your personal website, etc.

TECH CHECKS / PRESENTATION LOADING

We encourage you to upload your slide decks and check the technology in your breakout room prior to your session. Below are times when you may enter your breakout room to prep. Due to our tight schedule, some of the times listed overlap with other conference activities. Please note that other presenters will also need access to your breakout room so please be as quick as possible with your setup to allow others the opportunity to access the laptop.
