ROOM SETUP / EQUIPMENT

Session rooms 107 and 108 will be set classroom style and each room seats 96 people. Session rooms 102 and 104 will be set theatre style and each room seats 112 people.

  AZTransfer will provide:
  • Screen and LCD projector
  • Wireless internet
  • Clicker
You will need to bring your slide deck on your own device. Please ensure your laptop or tablet has HDMI connectivity. If your device does not have an HDMI port, please bring an adapter that will allow you to connect to the projector with an HDMI cable.

You have been emailed an invitation to access Whova, our conference app. If you have not yet done so, please access Whova using the email address you provided to us during the Call for Proposals and upload your photo and bio. See links to the left to download.

From Whova, you can also share your presentation on social media to get people excited about your session. Select the "Promote My Session" option from the Speaker Center in Whova to get started!

WHEN IS MY SESSION?

The easiest way to find your session's scheduled date and time is to login to the Whova conference app (information above) and click on the "My Sessions and Audience" link under "Speaker Hub" It will take you to a screen that displays your session date, time, and location. You can also view all sessions by clicking the button below.

TECH CHECKS

We encourage you to test your laptop's connection with the provided projector in your breakout room prior to your session. Below are times when you may enter your breakout room to prep. Due to our tight schedule, some of the times listed overlap with other conference activities. Please note that other presenters will also need access to your breakout room so please be as quick as possible with your setup to allow others the opportunity to test their equipment.
Thursday, April 25

2:50pm - 3:20pm (during networking break)

Friday, April 26
8:00am- 9:00am
9:00am-10:40am (during opening keynote / break)

SESSION MATERIALS

If you would like to make your slide deck and/or handouts available to attendees, please upload them via the Dropbox link below. We will add them to our app and website for attendees to review after the conclusion of your breakout session.
